I went there with a Business Associate & requested double bed room. We have been given 1 king bed! When I explained the situation receptionist triedto sell us another room. The hotel turned out to a Club at midnight and at the exit, body guard stamped our hands for re entrance to the hotel. The music went on till 6 am! I had a horrible time. If you are a clubber and like to party wild that's your best bet. But if you are in town for business and interested in boutique hotels, stay away!
Thank you for asking customers views, The only problem was Internet signal was very poor and cutting always. Asked from the front desk and no solution. Unal Binerer
The hotel was amazing to look at. My husband has a very deep respect for art and he was in awe of the huge variety of art. I really like how each room was dedicated to a specific artist.
They charged my husband and my card for the $150 deposit and were unable to remedy the problem until after we had already checked out which caused a problem with the very little spending money we had brought to Vegas to spend. It was quite the inconvenience with nothing more than an apology.
i loved the comfy bed the atmosphere and the wonderful ppl that worked there
it was kinda not close to any shopping or ect
Rooms great, price great, atmosphere great, room service disrespectful, food service bad,
The deco and bar, rooms were very nice,
Nice place to stay in Vegas and I will definitely come back when in Vegas.
The Artisan hotel has great decor. The chapel was a nice touch. The atmosphere was great.
the atmosphere and decor
Customer service is everything with me, so what I liked best was all the staff were very friendly and on top of things!
The workout area could use some work!
decor and staff were great
Music in the mornings throughout hotel was too loud...especially if you had a late night the evening before
I loved the decor and layout of the place. Great music throughout the day. Loved the Patio area.
Did not like the staff, and the treatment. Loud housekeeping and not amazing room cleanliness. Pool is not for just guests, also is rented out by a company that throws parties on the weekends so you have to pay for the pool usage. Very Very Very far away form strip and have to walk through the ghetto to get it the monorail. Bad Bad neighborhood.
Ive wanted to stay at the artisan for 2 years now, and I now wish I hadn'T. They charged me $150 deposit, which I would get back upon checkout. Online, the room was $59 but totaled $90 when I got there, so I had to pay cash for the room. After 3 days of asking why I didn't get my deposit back and why I have a $40 pos on my card, after being told many different stories, I suddenly get the $150 deposit reversed and charged $225. I'm told they have a $250 charge for smoking in the room, which I didnt, and they will e mail me the proof and that I had to proove to them by bringing in their receipt that I paid cash!! None of this makes any sense to me, does it to you??
When booking the room, i was not aware that the hotel is adult only hotel and the place is not kids friendly. very disappoined. I had kids wth my. The pool was poort.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and very personable. And it's a non-smoking hotel. It's also a very unique and quaint hotel for Las Vegas.
The hotel is loud on weekend nights, until early in the morning. There is no self-parking available. The pool was also closed for two of the four nights I was there because of a private party. And, the cable TV was not working in my room while I was there.
The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We especially liked the valet parking guys, they were great.
We really didn't like how dark the decore was. Very sort of creepy. Dark floors walls cielings and red lights.
unique decor and artwork.
House party noise in our room and hallway
